This is the clean version of my Propaganda Poster submission to Valve's WAR contest.

This is what it looked like as I completed it in Illustrator. This is before adding the paper texture and text. As you can see the colors a bit more vibrant, which I personally like - but I think the darker colors that the texture cause are better for a propaganda poster.

I am really proud of this piece - it took a lot of time and I like how it tells a story. The whole piece was done freehand and what I personally mean by that is that there was no sketch or concept - no rough draft or guideline. I just opened illustrator up and went at.

Because in the Meet the Demoman video he proclaims he is a Black Scottish CYCLOPS. War propaganda posters are known to use exaggerated imagery to make their point. I combined the two and this is the result.
